I move amendment No. 4:
In page 6, to delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute the following: “2. In this Act—
“Act of 1960” means the Petroleum and Other Minerals Development Act 1960; “Principal Act” means the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015.”.
