I am curious about this because it is such a serious issue. It is okay if the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland did not foresee it taking that length of time. However, as time elapsed, surely the authority would have put more of a priority on it and thought we are concerned and the Department is dragging its heels, or for want of a better word, not moving quickly enough to our satisfaction, so we will go ahead ourselves. Why was there no sense of urgency whatsoever?
