I am in a rush because I am getting my vaccination this afternoon and that is why I need to leave. I thank the witnesses for their presentations. I have a general question on targeting advertising at children. There has been a suggestion of having Instagram for kids. Should we consider having a code that would ban advertising targeted specifically at children? Ms Twomey or Ms Walsh may wish to reply to that. I agree with Mr. McGeoghegan's points about the definition of online harm.

Ms Walsh spoke about algorithmic decision-making and the impact algorithms are having on children. We are looking for a code to make that transparent. I would be grateful to hear her views on that.
