I only have one issue to raise. Obviously, the whole point of this is around the levy and so on. Last week, Sky Ireland told the committee the levy would be a tax on consumers. I think it is fairly obvious from what the witnesses have said today that it would simply claw back some of the revenue that leaves here for these international offices. I suppose the representatives of Sky Ireland were kind of implying that it is like double taxation. My understanding is that all three domestic broadcasters support the levy. Do any of the witnesses wish to comment on that? When language such as double taxation and so on starts being used, the narrative becomes very confusing and messy. I think I am correct in my understanding that the money is simply going somewhere else and, as the witnesses have clearly outlined, we are not availing of it. Do the witnesses wish to respond to those remarks that it is double taxation or that we do not need to tax them because they are already paying it elsewhere?
