I thank Mr. McCabe, whose video was excellent. I am a great believer in a picture painting a thousand words and that has been achieved so eloquently and in such a sophisticated way in his video. I thank him for going to the trouble of making it for our committee and presenting it to us.

Without further ado I will move to our members, who will have a slightly longer time of five minutes for both questions and answers. I ask members to be mindful of that and to give our guests as much opportunity to respond to the questions as possible.
