I thank the Chair and our guests. Many of the questions I was going to ask on income tax and corporation tax have been answered. I am very concerned about the housing crisis and I have raised this issue with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Deputy Darragh O'Brien. I note that IFAC's report draws attention to the large amount of personal savings on deposit. Is there a way those savings could be harnessed to fund the building of public and affordable homes on public land?
