To return to public and private, I am not pitting one side against the other and I appreciate there is a great deal of employment in the sector, but both sides should be treated equally. Is Mr. Dunne saying that if Coillte does not have the site plans, it cannot continue on, as is the case with a private contractor? If the private contractor does not have the plan, his application is returned. It is not processed any further until he has the site plans. Is Mr. Dunne saying that happens with Coillte as well or is it allowed to continue without the specific site plan?
