I thank our guests. I have a question for them myself. The theme of harmful content and hate speech has been something that has reoccurred on numerous occasions with many of our presenters to date. With regard to the objectives and functions and the membership of the new media commission, are the representatives satisfied sufficient oversight, checks and balances exist within the general scheme, as outlined, to ensure the balancing of rights? I will go to Ms Gibney first and perhaps Dr. Michael would like to come in on that as well.
