I thank the Chairman. I was wrapping up on the medical assistance scheme. We engaged with the Department in regard to supporting us with the development of the scheme. I am hopeful it will support and assist us in its development. We would like to be in a position to roll out the scheme to family members. It would be a small token of appreciation for them. We believe the medical assistance scheme, in providing access to medical care, will help with the issue of retention. In effect, it is a retention measure to have this scheme in place. Access for families would be very beneficial in regard to retention.
