I remind members to ensure their mobile phones are switched off for the duration of the meeting as they interfere with broadcasting equipment even when in silent mode. The minutes of the meeting on 18 May 2021 have been circulated to all members. Are they agreed to? Agreed.

The next item is scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. In private session we discussed COM (2021) 89, COM (2021) 133 and COM (2021) 187. We agreed as a committee that the clerk to the committee would draft a letter to be forwarded to all of us in the next day or so, and it will be forwarded to the Taoiseach and the Ministers for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, and Foreign Affairs. That aside, does the committee agree no further scrutiny is required for COM (2021) 89, COM (2021) 133 and COM (2021) 187? Agreed.
