On the point that Deputy Catherine Murphy raised, it may be that if the proceedings are for the provision of services on an ongoing basis to a child or a family, that may be handled through the Chief State Solicitor's office, whereas if it is a claim for compensation or a clinical negligence case, that would certainly be handled by the State Claims Agency. That may be the split, but we can certainly look for a clearer definition of the kinds of risks that are handled in different ways.
