Not all risks are dealt with by the State Claims Agency. There may be certain categories of litigation that are handled by the Chief State Solicitor’s office. There is another item of correspondence where that distribution of responsibilities is explained. We can certainly look into it and see if the State Claims Agency is involved. The information given by the Secretary General in the letter suggests this is handled by the Chief State Solicitor's office rather than by the State Claims Agency.
