What I will say is that the purpose of this was, first, to keep that type of communication out of the national conversation in one sense on broadcast services and, second, to keep money out of politics. The impact of TV ad spending in the US in particular involves massive amounts of money. We are now seeing an arms race in online video ad targeting among political parties all over the world and in various jurisdictions. The UK also has a prohibition, as Senator Cassells will be aware, on political advertising on broadcast. Whether or not the exact same obligations are on both sides of this is a matter for the committee to consider, but at the moment there is one set of rules for one-----
