I will restate that pseudonymity is not a shield against enforcement. A violation of our rules is a violation of our rules, regardless of the stated identity of the account. This is demonstrated by the fact that successful criminal prosecutions have arisen from instances in which Twitter has complied with law enforcement where law enforcement has deemed that a criminal threshold of abuse has been crossed and that user information was required. Pseudonymity is therefore neither a barrier to Twitter's enforcement of its own rules nor a barrier to accountability for criminal behaviour. I would say-----
