I hear what Ms Hegarty said about the group originally reporting to NPHET but now reporting to the senior officials group that was set up to manage Covid-19. If the minutes of the meetings are not being published, we cannot see what is being discussed or what recommendations are being made. Is this something the group has raised? Were the members of the group aware that the minutes of the meetings stopped being published on 8 February?
