I thank our distinguished attendees. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread. I am conscious that, as a non-legal person, I am substantially outnumbered. The uninitiated dropping in on today's meeting would be forgiven for believing we were in the midst of a judicial crisis. I acknowledge that, since the foundation of the State, the Judiciary has served us extraordinarily well.
