I am sorry that I missed the first few statements. I was attending a public session of the children's committee. I have read the statements, however, and prepared questions. My first question is for either Dr. Cahillane or Dr. Kenny or anyone else who was part of that submission. Instead of introducing new a offence regarding canvassing for judicial appointments and disclosing information, in particular confidential information, to people connected to the commission, would the previous practice and provision of the duty of confidentiality be sufficient?
