I thank all the witnesses for coming here and for sharing their insights and expert knowledge on this issue. This has been of enormous assistance to the committee in our examination of bullying and its impact on the mental health of our students. I would particularly like to commend Mr. Ryan for coming before the committee and sharing his individual insights and knowledge. As I said earlier, the committee is committed to hearing the voices of young people. The one message that is becoming clear on this issue is that young people must be directly involved in the recommendations that we make and the solutions we will be suggesting to combat bullying and to promote positive mental health. Mr. Ryan has certainly displayed and demonstrated with enormous conviction that young people must play a key role in resolving this issue. That is not taking away from the engagement we have had with the ASTI, the TUI and the INTO. That has been very positive and we appreciate the input of both Mr. O'Sullivan and Mr. Duffy. I thank all of our members as well for their engagement.
