I thank Mr. McGrane. He has been to the fore of the Brexit issue since it kicked off nearly four years ago. The British Irish Chamber of Commerce has provided valuable insight, from a business perspective. Its analytical work on all aspects of Brexit on business has been invaluable to us as policymakers and legislators. It is great that they have taken the very positive view that trade can not only rebound, but can actually grow and that we can do new things together. This is a good, positive attitude to be taking on the whole Brexit process. I also congratulate the British Irish Chamber of Commerce on its ten-year anniversary. I had not been aware that today was the day. That is a lovely milestone to reach.

I will now call on members for questions. I call on Senator Malcolm Byrne first, followed by Senator Michael McDowell.
