Cuidiú pivoted very quickly to provide antenatal classes within the Covid situation. For instance, Cork started providing antenatal education last week for the first time since Covid started. So there has been a gap in the health system and nobody has had a class in Cork, from the hospital, since Covid started. The classes are very infrequent anyway, and the number involved is very large. We need to consider antenatal education in the health system as a whole both for birth and breastfeeding.
