I move amendment No. 33:
In page 20, to delete lines 36 to 45 and substitute the following:

| No. 37 of 1938 | Statutory Declarations Act 1938 | Section 6 | Substitute for section: “Penalty for false declaration 6. Every person who makes a statutory declaration which to his or her knowledge is false in any material respect shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished as if he or she were guilty of an offence under section 6of the Criminal Justice (Perjury and Related Offences) Act 2021.”. |
