I invite Ms. Hoade to comment on that now because we can address issues outside of the LDA Bill and general local government. It is something which the committee has discussed. Much of the pressure is on local government in terms of funding and staff resources and councillors' pay and conditions. We have discussed many areas so I am happy for Ms Hoade to address any of those issues.
