I thank Councillor Sheahan. Perhaps I should mention the cost-rental aspect introduced in the Affordable Housing Bill. The LDA, when its representatives were here in session with us, indicated that the delivery of cost-rental would be very high on its agenda. This is another form of housing delivery that provides long-term, affordable, secure rental, especially for that income cohort Mr. Sheahan mentioned.
