Speaking as a regulator, if we are making in our regulatory role a decision on anyone in the fishing industry and presenting case material to go to the Director of Public Prosecutions, DPP, we follow due process. We would do the same in a points submission under the points legislation. As a regulator, the process is very well laid out through the courts and the points legislation. A person has a right of appeal and a right of defence.
