I have a quick question about the prospects for a UK-US trade deal. Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, said there would be no trade agreement unless the Good Friday Agreement is implemented in full, and that presumably applies to the Northern Ireland protocol as well. Is the US Administration alert to the position of Ireland in the context of an EU-US trade deal? Is that view shared by the US Administration generally and is that something Ireland is pursuing with it?
