The proposal is: "The Bill be amended to explicitly prohibit the use of Cost-Rental Equity Loan for the delivery of for-profit housing by private developers thus ensuring only Approved Housing Bodies, Housing Co-Ops and Community Housing Trusts and other not for profit vehicles can access the funding."
