Deputy Ó Broin will be aware that we agreed an amendment that would limit the equity return on cost rental to 3% or 4%. He will also be aware of an amendment that we tabled that will scale up the delivery of cost-rental housing provision in a manner which ensures that cost-rental housing stock remains permanently affordable. I and other members of the committee take great comfort in that. I thank the Deputy for agreeing that recommendation.
