This is my concluding sentence. We can either bring the price of affordable homes down, which Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael never understood, and we can do it by giving this money to the not-for-sector, or, we can continue to assist the developer and investment friends of Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael in failing to meet people's housing needs.
