As a point of order, we agreed a rota system for doing our business. The Chairman did not inform the committee he had changed the system. He did not seek the consent of the committee to change the system. It is his assumption. He has now decided to apply a different regime. We agreed to a rota system and have not changed that agreement. Please tell the committee what it is doing and do not deviate from established practice without seeking its consent. That is the point I am making.
