That is understandable and explains why the Department would not go about valuing the land in the normal way. There may be some interest in determining its value but I can see why the Department would not do that. I am more interested in the Department's strategy for how the sites are being used and for achieving the maximum productive use from them, which is a separate question. How does the Department approach that questionvis-à-visits assets? Has it ever engaged with the LDA in that context?
