To return to the issue of fairground and amusement park businesses, a number of them are not connected with a rateable premises because their equipment is generally kept in container lorries when they tour the country. They spend a large proportion of the year travelling to different towns, so many of them are not tied to a rateable premises. I think some of them have written to the Department under the Showmen's Guild. Could the Department examine a specific initiative to support those businesses? They have had no income for nigh on ten months.
