I will make one brief point. The Minister needs to know that the same standards are not being applied. I refer to an inspection report of a private emergency accommodation provider, a document which is a page and a half long. An inspection report of a not-for-profit provider, however, has ten different pages in it, because a whole range of different standards are inspected in that case. Therefore, the difference between the private emergency accommodation providers and the non-private accommodation providers is huge regarding the application of national standards.
