I know that two non-members of the committee, Deputies Naughten and Pringle, want to come in but, unfortunately, we are over time for this session, so I ask the two Deputies to submit their questions to the secretariat. We will get Mr. Savage to reply in writing to them. This is obviously a hugely important issue. A framework is being set for the next seven years. It is hugely important to the whole agricultural sector and the economy in general, so we will return to this again. The Covid restriction of two hours per committee session makes it extremely difficult to have the full debate we would want. I ask Mr. Savage to address Deputy Michael Collins's remarks and we will send Mr. Savage questions from Deputies Naughten and Pringle to which he might reply in writing to the committee if he would not mind.
