I thank Senator Keogan for the questions. Maybe I will start with the appeals mechanism the Senator asked about. As I understand it, the Senator asked to where does one make an appeal. The answer is that there is an appellant system in the investment court system, ICS, itself. The parties appoint to a roster members to be on that tribunal. In other words, there is a tribunal at first instance and in the event of an appeal, it goes to the appellate tribunal under the system itself.
