If a company wants to sue the Government of Ireland, it can do so already, and there are not a whole lot of companies or multinationals out there that have deeper pockets than a sovereign government, especially not Ireland's. The Deputy might want to point out which companies he believes have deeper pockets than the Government of Ireland.
