I propose we write to the HSE requesting the information and that we notify Deputy Gould of that. We can refer it to the health committee and at least bring the situation to their attention but there is a financial issue here regarding money being provided and the service not being provided at the other end. We will proceed with that.

That concludes the correspondence. The other issue is Standing Order 218. Most members have concerns around that and I asked two weeks ago for members to bring suggestions regarding changes, abolition, scrapping or replacing Standing Order 218. If members have suggestions, will they bring them to the clerk before tomorrow? It is important. I have looked at it and will be bringing forward a suggestion regarding what we want to do with Standing Order 218.

In advance of our engagement on bogus self-employment with Mr. Martin McMahon on this day week at 12.30 p.m., I have asked the clerk to seek a submission from the Irish Congress of Trade Unions on the topic.
