My understanding is the problem is getting staff to man the centre to keep the level of service. It still raises the question of whether there could be a far more efficient service by having one location in the centre of the city, rather than the way it is now organised. I do not know why that was not done the first day but it is a problem now because even people on the south side cannot get there by public transport.
