The ideas being thrown around relate to the kinds of measures that would promote capital investment in particular. They are the kinds of policies that are being discussed. As I was saying in response to Deputy Lahart, this comes the recognition that there has been a shortage of public investment in particular throughout Europe over the past ten years. They are policies that could promote public investment.
