Whether it is these invoice discounters or the pillar banks, is there a concern that while SBCI money sits in the banks, they are effectively leveraging that so that it frees them up in other areas? In other words, the money may not be used for anything other than small businesses but the benefit of having access to that is that it allows them to leverage and make other financial changes to their model. In the case of Bibby, the concern might be that SBCI money is bolstering the Irish arm and it allows the overall group to make changes which may have a risk to us.
