I only have two quick questions. I thank Mr. Coleman and his team for being here for an extended period and for supplying answers to the committee.

Mr. Coleman has been diplomatic in his response in regard to section 183. It is a Government decision and I accept that. Does he believe the LDA can carry out its functions and deliver its targets without the power of compulsory purchase?

In regard to affordable purchase, in many parts of Dublin the LDA will take the cost of construction and discount it to sell the property at an affordable price, which will be below the cost of construction. In some cases affordability might be the cost of construction plus a margin. How does the cost of construction figure feature in the establishment of the affordable purchase price?
