It is a key demonstration of transparency. My understanding is the lobbying legislation sets out different bodies and employees as designated public officials for the purposes of the Act. My understanding is the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is reviewing the list currently with a view to putting the Land Development Agency on it. My expectation is that the agency will be on the list.
