It is important to say we will still need to engage with the Department and Minister to agree the levels of tenure on each site. While saying we still need that engagement, from an ethos perspective we are trying to work towards maximising the level of social and affordable delivery on a site-by-site basis. It is our working assumption. Different sites will mean different things. A site in Waterford or one in Cork might need different things from one in Limerick in Dublin such as in Dundrum. That is why the flexibility is needed but our ethos is very much towards social and affordable delivery.
