The short answer is "Yes". There is a senior officials group specifically that has dealt with Covid from the start. I sit on that group. One of the issues that was discussed at that group was sustainability of supply. A group has been formed across the key Departments, including the Department of Health and the HSE, to discuss how we achieve a more sustainable solution in the medium to long term. It brings in lots of issues associated with trade policy, etc.
