With respect, that is not the question I asked. I did not ask the Minister if he could control it or direct it. I asked him if he accepts that the Minister is entitled to express his opinion on the decision of Bank of Ireland to close branches. That opinion could also call on the bank not to do that in the middle of a pandemic.
