I understand that the Comptroller and Auditor General reviews procurement on a sector-by-sector or departmental basis. What I am curious about is the process by which, if any, that is then formally fed back into a formal or periodic review process. It sounds like it is there but perhaps not as formalised as I am describing. Does the Comptroller and Auditor General wish to comment?
