Both capital works and general expenditure. We gather a certain amount of data on the current side that informs the report on expenditure on tendering, and that is published each year. On the capital side, we do not gather that information. The NIO gathers it for a subset of larger projects, as I understand it, but I am not aware of any other public body that gets into the granularity of every contract. As I said, there are 8,000 public bodies.
