Regarding lessons learned, we had a two tender approach to procurement for the national children's hospital. I think Mr. Quinn was centrally involved in the board himself. What are his thoughts about lessons from that? Would it feed in to other procurement? For example, I am thinking about construction of the new Garda headquarters on Military Road.
