I thank Mr. Curran. On mixed income and tenure housing, every other sector of housing is responsible for providing it. Private providers do so via Part V. We always ensure there is a balance, even in places like Ballymun where Mr. Dunne and I worked. We sought to have mixed income housing and prevent cost rental developments becoming gated, middle class enclaves. How do we ensure there is mixed income within cost rental developments, in particular with retired people or tenants that might be eligible for council housing?
