No, we do not have a target until we go through the process. We need to look at the counties where there is a affordability issue and the quantity of affordable housing we need. We will then sit down with the Department, which is producing guidelines on developing housing needs demand assessment. At that point, local authorities will have targets. Research needs to be done, and that it being done at the present time.
