Before Mr. Moloney gives his opening statement, unfortunately I must limit him to five minutes. The committee is tied by Covid-19 restrictions and his opening statement is quite lengthy.
I ask Mr. Moloney to summarise it and keep within five minutes because we are tied to a two-hour limit for our meeting.
